The place has a butcher shop, bakery, cafeteria and restaurant, ensuring easy access to everything you need during your stay. LIVING ROOM: A cozy and comfortable space, with: • Comfortable sofa for up to 3 people. • 50-inch smart TV and high-speed internet to ensure your fun and connectivity. BEDROOMS: 2 bedrooms including: 🛏️ • Bedroom 1: double bed, split air-conditioning, closet, blackout curtain, 43" smart TV. 🛏️ • Bedroom 2: single bed, split air-conditioning, closet, blackout curtain. The rooms are designed to provide maximum comfort and are equipped with bedding, towels and blankets, according to the number of people listed on the reservation. KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped to prepare everything from a simple breakfast to more elaborate meals, featuring: • Refrigerator, four-burner cooktop, sandwich maker and grill, air fryer, blender and coffee maker. • Complete crockery: plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, cups, pots and various utensils. • Basic cooking items, such as oil and salt (not replenished during the stay). BATHROOM: A private bathroom with electric shower and blindex box. • Personal hygiene items such as soap, liquid hand soap and toilet paper (not replenished during the stay). • Large mirror. LAUNDRY: • Integrated into the kitchen, it has a stainless steel tank and a washer/centrifuge. PARKING: • A private parking space, visible from the bedroom window and ideal for small and medium-sized vehicles. Please note the following final observations: Check-in: After 2 p.m.¹, self check-in is carried out using the smart lock. ¹If there is no guest departing on the same day of your arrival, your check-in can be brought forward to any time on the day of your arrival. Check-out: The latest time to leave the apartment is 11 a.m. The property check will be carried out after 11 a.m. on the same day, and we'll be in touch in case of any eventuality. Quiet hours are from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. This is a family residential condominium. Cleaning: The customer must collect their garbage and food waste from outside the refrigerator. In case of non-compliance, a fine of R$ 100.00 will be applied. Amenities: We provide 1 small bathroom soap, 1 roll of toilet paper. Both items are NOT replaced during the stay. Prior to your arrival, you will need to send photos (front and back) of all guests' identification documents for verification and access to the Condominium. If you are coming by car (own or rented), it will also be necessary to send a photo of the vehicle document, to release access to the garages. This is a requirement of the Condominium's security company. Kitchen: We provide the following items for the kitchen: salt, sugar, coffee powder, detergent/soap and sponge. Bed and bath linens: We provide bed and bath linens. We make up the beds according to the number of guests informed in the reservation; the number of towels will also be provided according to the number of guests informed at the time of booking. The property also offers: • Iron. • Pillows and blankets. • 1 bath towel per guest. • 1 hand towel per guest. • 1 set of bath mats. • 2 dish towels. • 2 cleaning cloths (flannel type). • 2 floor cloths.
