Located 35 minutes from Toulouse and at the gates of the Gers, we will welcome you in a quiet setting, open to the surrounding nature. You will be able to enjoy a large wooded garden, a summer kitchen with a barbecue, a terrace equipped with sun loungers and, in season, the swimming pool (shared areas with the owners; swimming pool cannot be booked for private use). Hiking trails are accessible from the property and mountain bikes can be provided free of charge. The space The studio includes: - a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet, - a sleeping area with a 1.60 m x 2 m bed, connected TV and individual reading lights, - a dining area with bench and chairs, - a kitchen equipped with refrigerator/freezer compartment, microwave/grill/rotating heat oven, 2-burner induction hob, toaster, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker and kettle, A washing machine is also integrated into the space. The studio has reversible air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation. Other things to note The invitation of strangers to the rental as well as the organization of parties and events are not allowed. In times of high demand, stays of at least 2 nights are preferred. We do not charge a cleaning fee, so the accommodation must be returned clean and tidy. Smoking allowed (outside only). Small pets are allowed, except on the bed and the bench, and if they remain under the supervision of their owner(s) (outdoor area not fenced).
