Home in Litchfield Park

Huge private room and master bath featuring walk in closet with kitchenette on second floor of home. Room features a king sized bed, oversized reclining comfy chair, table w/2 chairs that can double as a workspace, and electric fireplace with large tv. Attached is the master bath with double sinks, toilet room, and walk in closet with kitchenette. There are pool towels, bath towels, all the toiletries you need and extra sheets. Also available for long term rental with month to month lease. The space Enjoy the beautiful back yard day or night with pool, propane fire pit, dart board, hammock and plenty of seating. You are welcome to the charcoal grill. The pool is typically heated between 70-80 degrees depending on weather and time of year. Backyard lights are on a timer to enjoy into the evenings. Propane heater and bluetooth speakers with Spotify also available for the back yard! There's a full kitchen and living room you can use on the main level and I can also get you access to the full washer and dryer if needed. I do work on the main level M - F from 8am - 5pm. Guest access You have a private parking space in the driveway on the right and will have your own code to the front door to come and go as needed. Your private master suite is upstairs on the second floor and you are welcome to the full kitchen, living room and back yard with pool on the main floor. I do have 2 dogs that are gated away from you but you are welcome to say hi! I work from home off the living room on the main floor M - F 8am to 5pm and this is where the laundry room is as well (so just let me know if you need to do laundry and we can arrange that for you!). During your stay You can call, text, email or just holler if you need anything at all! Don't hesitate to reach out. I could be unavailable an hour or so when I'm working if I'm in meetings or on the phone, but usually you can reach me fairy quickly! You can also let me know if you have plans to hang out in the backyard and I can help turn on the fountain, firepit or music for you. I also have pool floaties available and you have your own pool towels if you want to go for a swim! Other things to note Please note I live right next to Luke Airforce Base. They fly jets that can be very loud and they can fly any time, day or night. Sometimes I don't hear them for days and sometimes I hear them all day and all night. They are not a bother to me but they can be to some people so keep this in mind. I do provide earplugs in the night stands that you are welcome to. In addition I have 2 doggies. They stay with me in the office while I'm working or out of the house. They have a dog run off the side of the house so that they can go inside and outside including to a gated section of the yard. They will not be in the shared spaces or yard with you. They are nervous of people and take time to warm up so they may bark if they see or hear you. If you decide to use the full kitchen, I am not much of a cook, but you are welcome to any spices or condiments that I have available. And I do have most kitchen gadgets including, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, airfyer, blender etc. Your tv and the living room tv have Prime, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ available to stream!
