Surrounded by pastures and paddocks, the farm stay offers ever-changing views of Mt Roland and the scenic countryside. This retreat is part of a collection of holiday homes providing easy access to iconic Tasmanian landmarks like Cradle Mountain, Mersey Bluff Lighthouse, The Tasmanian Arboretum, Tasmazia, and Mole Creek Caves—perfect for both relaxation and exploration. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and farm spaces, but should respect the privacy of other guests in nearby cottages and the Manager's Residence. Other things to note - Smoking is not allowed - Gas BBQ Grill is available - There is a friendly farm dog onsite - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality - Recycling bins are provided and composting bins are near the vegetable gardens - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Mobile reception has a good signal for Telstra and Optus; Weak signals for Vodafone and no signals for the rest - The managers live onsite and there are other accommodation cottages on the property and near the accommodation area Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
