The spacious, modernly furnished room offers a unique sleeping area/double bed in the pointed floor. The quiet location and beautiful amenities guarantee a relaxing stay. Netflix, Sky. On request, a 2nd small room - 1 bed on the ground floor/ground floor - can be additionally booked. For my guests I provide my own small guest bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The kitchen-living room with cozy tiled stove is for shared use. Ideal to end the day pleasantly. The space Our property is ideal for 2 persons. The large room consists of two levels. In the lower area is the living and working area, from which you can access the sleeping area in the pointed floor. There is a double bed, which is ideal for couples or good friends. An infrared cabin is available in the house and can be used on request for a small cost sharing. For a small group of travelers, the living and working area as well as the guest bathroom can be shared. For more guests (2nd or 3rd guest) we offer: a) "Small room with bed" It is very compact and simply equipped, with a bed, a night table and a chair. (see separate listing). or b) "Simple commuter room with balcony" For longer stays, we recommend booking this room separately instead of this small room (see separate listing) . The pictures in the listings show all the spaces described. PARKING: You can park your car in the public parking lot, which is parallel to the street. LOADING and UNLOADING: Feel free to stop here right in front of the house. Rohrbach TRAIN STATION (Ilm): 4.5 km Rohrbach - Munich main depending on the connection 35 - 43 minutes HOST: My husband and I. ROOMMATE: A small well-behaved dog and cat live in our household. Guest access Before your arrival, I will let you know the access code for the front door. The keypad can be found just to the right at the front door. Other things to note Our apartment is located north of Munich, but ideally connected by the direct train connection. Rohrbach train station (Ilm) is only a few minutes away. In summer, the room is very well shaded so that it stays pleasantly cool even on hot days. In addition, we have invested in mosquito nets so that our guests can sleep undisturbed and restful. A very quiet fan is also available. An infrared cabin is available in the house and can be shared on request for a small fee.
