Space saving dining table - A sturdy dining table made of rubberwood with foldable chairs that seats 4 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. c. High-speed WiFi - Stay connected with our reliable 100 mbps internet, perfect for video calls, streaming, working, or uploading files. --- 2. Kitchen a. Basic cooking - Includes all the essentials like pots, pans, and utensils, along with a refrigerator, induction cooker, rangehood, etc. b. Honesty store - Also includes a small honesty store with some of our local snacks and beverages, and items, perfect for a late-night craving or a midday pick-me-up. Feel free to leave any suggestion for local snacks, beverages, or items for future guests! Everything included in the honesty store is payable thru GCash. We have provided a QR code for you to scan and pay with ease. c. Coffee station - Start your mornings right with our free coffee or enjoy a sip of spearmint tea at the corner. --- 3. Bathroom a. Modern facilities - Our bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, stocked with toiletries and a hair dryer for your convenience. b. Shower and bath - Enjoy a relaxing heated shower after a day of exploring with our fresh bamboo scented shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. --- 4. Bedroom #1 a. Master's bedroom - Featuring an air conditioned room with double-sized (137cm X 191cm) bed, fresh linens, soft pillows, and serene atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep. With a sturdy storage rack for hanging all your clothes, bags, etc. b. Natural Light - A nearby window lets in plenty of natural light, creating a pleasant and inspiring sleeping environment. --- 5. Bedroom #2 a. Sleeping space - With a cozy wooden bunkbed that can accommodate 2 persons. Perfect for a quick getaway with family or friends. b. Check-in is self-service via SmartLock; instructions and timed passcode will be sent before arrival. 2. Light cooking is allowed but please avoid strong-smelling foods (e.g., dried fish, curry, etc). Avoid disposing oil in the sink to prevent clogging and potential damage to pipes. 3. Pool access requires a separate payment. Php 180/pax on regular days and Php 330/pax during holidays. 4. We do not have our own parking space yet. But if ever you need one during your stay, just let us know ahead of time and we'll make arrangements for you. 5. No smoking, parties, or loud noise between 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM - quiet hours are strictly enforced. Please refrain from knocking on doors without reason or engaging in any behavior that may disturb other tenants. 6. We are located at Tower 17. Guest(s) must register with the security on duty before check-in. Make sure to bring at least one (1) valid ID.
