Description
Come enjoy our beautiful farm in this unique tiny home stay. Although small, you will enjoy a private home with full kitchen and new private bath, complete with composting toilet and heated tile. Step outside to a view of the flowers surrounding a pond with free range ducks and geese, always ready to greet you. Your own patio area with bistro set overlooks a field home to our dairy goat herd. Enjoy the evening sounds of crichets and mourning doves as you wake. We are excited to host you here! The space Dragon Wheels Farm is a fully functioning and operational small farm, with a focus and emphasis on animal care and animal rescue. You will get to see the daily life in a small farm, there will be people working to harvest in the garden, care for the animals, and general farm maintenance. We love having guests and are happy to answer all questions, please know that for the health and safety of the property and the animals, we ask that guests first talk to proprietors before entering any fenced locations. This also includes feeding animals, while some of our animals are just our happy friends, we do have a herd of commercial milking goats and we regulate what feed they have access to. If guests would like a farm tour please reach out, schedule permitting, we would be happy to take you around and introduce you to all our different animal friends. we ask that guests give us an ETA of arrival, as we have lots of large personalities on the property and although friendly, it can be easier for both guests arriving and animals to separate some individuals during introductions to the farm. Guest access Guests have access to their tiny home and all the trails around the property. please be aware that this is a functional Farm And although every attempt is made, there are sometimes trails that require more maintenance and potholes occur. please be conscious while walking and always wear good shoes. In order to access fenced areas with animals, we ask that you submit a request in person or via message to coordinate a tour time. Other things to note We are an operational farm and do ask guests to disclose if they have recently been on other farms so that we can take measures for biosecurity purposes.
