Easy access to metro and the rest of CDMX The space Two independent living areas connected by a beautiful interior courtyard — the perfect in-between space for your morning coffee or a quiet moment outdoors. First area: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa bed, and full bathroom. Second area: main bedroom with queen bed, dedicated work area, and second full bathroom. The courtyard: accessible directly from both the kitchen, the bedroom and direct entrance. Your own private outdoor space. This helps you have privacy and independence between spaces. The apartment is newly built, thoughtfully decorated, and comes with the warm Mexican hospitality that makes it feel like home from day one. Additionally, you'll have full access to the shared amenities in the building: laundry, BBQ grill, ping pong table, outdoor seating areas, rooftop terrace, and beautifully painted murals that make the condo a space full of art and nature inside the city. Guest access Before your arrival, we'll ask you to share a copy of any ID — this is a requirement from the condominium's security policy so guards can let you in. Check-in is self-managed: the security guard at the entrance will let you in, and you'll find your access code in the accommodation guide I'll send you beforehand. Check in is at 3:00 pm, in case you need an earlier time, we can check availavility, to make sure everything is ready for you. Late entrances are possible and safe. Check-out time is fixed since there may be back-to-back reservations, though exceptions can be arranged when possible. If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we can coordinate — there's a dedicated storage space in the building, subject to availability. Other things to note Just outside the building you'll find coffee shops in every style, ready for that first craving of the day. The neighborhood invites you to walk slowly, stop often, and discover something new around every corner. We're deeply committed to Coyoacán and to the people who visit it.
