It offers a unique and private sanctuary for guests exploring the beautiful surrounding areas. This lovely open plan space forms part of what was once a traditional farm steading and sits in a quiet and peaceful setting. Guests also have use of a tennis court within the grounds. St Andrews, with its famous golf courses and beaches is just 20 mins by car. The space This spacious building provides a very comfortable super-king sized bed, en-suite shower room, kitchen area with dining space and cosy seating area. There are two chests of drawers and a cupboard with hanging space. The kitchen area has a microwave, fridge (with icebox), kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. The spacious en-suite has a mains connected shower and tall radiator. Outside there is a private tennis court and a fire pit with seating that guests can enjoy. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance with allocated parking space right at the door to The Roundel. Other things to note The Roundel is just over a mile from Cupar down a quiet road - around 5 mins by car. Cupar has a train station and 4 supermarkets. The historical town of St Andrews, with its own beaches and famous golf courses, is only a 20 minute drive. There are also many other golf courses in the area as well as some wonderful walks and numerous castles to visit. The East Neuk with its picturesque fishing villages is only a 30 minute drive. Dundee with the V&A Museum and The Discovery Ship is a 25 minute drive. Buses go regularly from Cupar to St Andrews where there is a wide choice of restaurants and bars. The train station in Cupar is an 8 minute drive: Edinburgh is 1 hour by train Dundee is 22 mins by train Perth is 1hr 10 mins by train Aberdeen is 1hr 45 mins by train
