The villa has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a total of 7 beds, can accommodate 12 people, perfect for families/groups. Here are the sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: 1 king size bed + 2 single beds (sleeps 4) Bedroom 2: 2 double beds (sleeps 4) Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (for 2 people) Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (for 2 people) The garden and swimming pool of the villa have good privacy and unlimited usage time. Garden BBQ service, pool floating breakfast service can be booked in advance. The space The villa is 450 sqm with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, spacious and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans for cooking (oven, microwave, water dispenser, electric kettle, stove). The villa has a private washer, dryer, high speed Wi-Fi. Living room with comfortable sofa, TV, and private air conditioning. Other things to note 1. The room rate includes water and wifi, but does not include electricity. Electricity will be charged according to actual usage during the stay, at 7 baht per unit. 2. Daily cleaning is not included in the villa rate. Free cleaning and linen change (once a week) is available for stays longer than 7 days. 4. No smoking and marijuana inside the villa, 5000 THB fine for violations. 5. Durians and mangosteens are not allowed in the villa.
