Welcome to Aparté Nature, our cozy and welcoming gîte, classified 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. Completely renovated and decorated with second-hand furniture, it has been designed to offer you a peaceful and pleasant stay, away from the stress of everyday life. Housekeeping is included and we favor eco-friendly products for environmentally friendly comfort. The beds are made upon arrival and some essentials are at your disposal: coffee, tea, oil and vinegar, toilet paper... The space Well heated in winter and pleasant in summer, this spacious cottage invites you to enjoy a green and quiet setting, perfect for relaxing with family or friends; books and games for young and old, television, internet, deckchairs. Its private garden, fully fenced, will allow you to relax in the shade of the pergola, admire the sunsets over the large cliffs of the Vercors massif and welcome your pets safely. The accommodation consists of a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed with direct access to the garden. The second bedroom has a 180 cm bed that also splits into 2 90 cm single beds. A sofa in the living room (140 bed) sleeps an additional 2 people. A travel cot and high chair can be rented. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and dishes to allow you to cook all your favorite dishes. For foodies, a raclette machine is also available. A large storeroom is accessible and will allow you to store your ski gear if necessary. The bathroom has a spacious shower and towel dryer. There is also a washing machine for your use. The toilet is separate. Guest access To guarantee a stress-free check-in and check-out, a secure lockbox allows you to enter the premises independently. The house is located in a cul-de-sac and a space is reserved for you in our personal parking lot. Other things to note Small shops and restaurants are nearby in the surrounding villages (pharmacy and supermarket 3 min away, bakery 5 min away, small artisanal and local market 5 min away). For larger shopping, supermarkets are 10 minutes from the cottage and you are not far from the major A41, A48 or A51 highways either; you can explore the region! Tourist point: Walking and mountain biking trails are directly accessible from the cottage to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the magnificent scenery. This is a plateau surrounded by forest and field with great mountain views. Traffic is very low in this area, you will enjoy great calm. To entertain you as close as possible to the gîte: - Bresson International Golf Course - Château de Bon Repos - Manoir equestrian center - Uriage-les-Bains Spa - Grenoble center 20 min away To cool off in summer, the large lake of Laffrey is 20 minutes away or the lake of Monteynard 40 minutes away for water activities (kite, wing, windsurfing). You will not be left out for your winter activities: Chamrousse ski resort 25 minutes away, the Alpes d 'Huez 40 minutes away (via the L'Eau Dolle express cable car), access to the Vercors and the Chartreuse in 45 minutes.
