Another highlight of the garden is its own cactus garden, as well as different plants that bear fruit or flowers depending on the season. The spacious property offers plenty of space to relax and is ideal for all those who appreciate peace and privacy. The villa is built directly by the sea. The house and pool are on one level and is therefore mostly barrier-free. The unique villa with an impressive pool and direct private sea access offers not only exclusive, private beaches and hidden coves on the doorstep, but also an oasis of tranquility and relaxation. It has 4 stylishly furnished Spanish-style bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living area and a well-equipped kitchen that invites you to cook together. It offers barrier-free access in almost all rooms. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and the latest air conditioning. In addition, an exclusive tower for two people can be rented. It has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a living room and a private kitchen and offers stunning sea views – perfect for a special break for two or as a complement to the villa. A total of up to 10 people can be accommodated. Separate inquiries are possible at any time. A special highlight is the impressive pool, ideal for enjoying breathtaking sunrises or for a swim without being disturbed. For sporting activities, there is a private sports field directly by the sea, where you can play ball games, yoga or running training. The cozy fireplace in the house provides a pleasant, warm atmosphere, especially in the colder seasons. In the winter season, the modern air conditioners can be used to heat the room comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the important cooking utensils, while the charcoal grill invites you to social cooking evenings in the open air. Thanks to the Wi-Fi throughout the house, home office days and co-working sessions can be effortlessly designed, so that work and relaxation are ideally combined. The villa was renovated in 2024/2025 and brought to the most modern building standard. All Andalusian historical building elements have been preserved, but air conditioning, thermal windows, hot water treatment by heat pump and photovoltaics with a reduced ecological footprint make your vacation a relaxing, ecological and Andalusian experience. Whether a family vacation, culinary trip, athletes or just for wintering – our villa offers the place for all vacationers where you can relax immediately after arrival and always gladly return. Upon entering, you will feel the charm of this unique family home, which will make your vacation unforgettable. Guest access All areas of the house and garden are exclusively available to you and offer a safe private place to park several cars. Only a small storage room is private and not accessible. The exclusive tower is only accessible to guests if it has been rented for this purpose. Other things to note In summer, the proximity to the sea provides a pleasant breeze that mitigates the high temperatures. Winter is particularly mild with an average of 18ºC, making the finca a perfect destination all year round. Peace is another special feature of the place, as the neighbors are further away, and street noise cannot be heard, only the soft sound of the waves of the sea. The surrounding area also offers numerous leisure activities: a nearby golf course invites you to tee off with sea views, while well-developed trekking and hiking trails lead through the Mediterranean landscape. Cyclists and mountain bikers will find ideal conditions here, because the region is one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Europe. The crystal clear water also makes the area a paradise for snorkeling fans. In a few minutes you can reach both smaller and larger cities as well as fantastic sandy beaches. The nearest town, Águilas, is only 16 km away and offers everything that makes a lively coastal town: charming ports, a variety of shopping opportunities, health centers and a wide range of leisure activities. From inviting restaurants and bars to cultural highlights such as the impressive auditorium or the historic castle – here you can fully enjoy your stay. The villa is about two hours by car from Alicante Airport and about an hour from Murcia and Almeria Airport. For your stay, we recommend renting a car to explore the surroundings flexibly and comfortably.
