From this spacious accommodation you can drive approx. 35 minutes to the Hanover Fair. The beautiful Weserbergland offers variety for nature lovers and the whole family. In the amusement park Rasti-Land or in the Kids-Dinoworld, games, fun and action await all year round. The nearby Humboldtsee (2 km) with soccer golf and the neighboring lakes also provide joy for nature lovers of all ages. A visitor's mine and the thermal bath provide relaxation and exciting experiences. Guest access In apartment no. 3 on the 1st floor on the left there is a 3rd bathroom, which we open for you for practical reasons for sink and toilet use. It is an additional extra bathroom for you, which we do not offer for official use, because the shower still needs to be renewed there. So the shower cannot be used yet, but the toilet and sinks are very welcome. We ask for your kind attention. Other things to note Dear guests, you use the house and the property all by yourself! Currently, the residential units 3 + 4 on the 1st floor and 5 on the 2nd floor are accessible for you. Residential units 3 and 5 are used for sleeping. Residential unit 4 serves as a central common area for all of you with a kitchenette, large dining area, sofa and TV, as well as a guest toilet. This apartment 4 is a duplex apartment and has 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a shower bath with toilet. __________________________________ So you have 3 separate residential units in the house. This gives you lots of privacy and retreat options. With families traveling together, you can divide into the individual areas and each has your own empire as a family. A central residential unit has a large dining area for all of you, a kitchen, a small corner with sofa, armchair and TV, as well as a guest toilet. Here you can sit together, eat, play and have nice conversations with old friends until the morning hours. If you like, retire to sleep, rest, read to the upper floor of this residential unit or to the other residential units. So everyone finds what they need: conviviality or retreat. Please bring your own linens, towels and shower towels. Bed linen can be rented at an additional cost upon request and upon availability.
