Spacious ground floor room with queen size bed, black-out shades, desk/chair, closet, and dresser. TV, coffee pot, paper plates, plastic ware, mini-fridge and microwave in room. Basic office supplies and ample plug-ins. Private bathroom directly across from bedroom with plenty of towels, hair dryer, and extras. Two camping chairs and a cooler are in the closet if you need them. Use of living room allowed. Back porch available for relaxing. No kitchen use. No third party booking. The space We spend a lot of our time upstairs, but we do use the kitchen for meals, and living room some, especially on weekends. We do not allow use of cooking facilities. If you need anything, we probably have it! No smoking inside. Guest access You are welcome to interact with us or keep to yourselves, whatever you prefer. We are sociable, but we respect your privacy. You are welcome to use the living room. During your stay We are as available as you would like. If you prefer privacy, that's fine; if you want conversation, we are usually around in the evenings, or during the day on weekends. Happy to provide suggestions for dining and places to go. Other things to note We have a seriously friendly Yorkie that will come in your room to visit if you don't close your door (he is very quiet!). Please let us know if you want limited dog contact, but it is almost impossible to have none. If you are travelling with children, we have two additional private bedrooms (if available) on the second floor which can comfortably sleep up to four, for an additional fee.
