Spacious ground floor room with queen size bed, black-out shades, desk/chair, closet, and dresser, inside our home. Free parking on site. TV, coffee pot, mini-fridge, microwave, paper plates, plastic ware, in room. Basic office supplies and ample plug-ins. Private bathroom directly across from bedroom with plenty of towels, hair dryer, and extras. No kitchen use. Use of living room allowed but no sleeping in there. Camping chairs and cooler if you need them. No third party booking. The space We spend a lot of our time upstairs, but we do use the kitchen for meals, and living room some, especially on weekends. We do not allow use of cooking facilities. If you need anything, we probably have it! No smoking inside. Guest access You are welcome to interact with us or keep to yourselves, whatever you prefer. We are sociable, but we respect your privacy. You are welcome to use the living room. During your stay We are as available as you would like. If you prefer privacy, that's fine; if you want conversation, we are usually around in the evenings, or during the day on weekends. Happy to provide suggestions for dining and places to go. Other things to note If you are travelling with children, we have two additional private bedrooms (if available) on the second floor which can comfortably sleep up to four, for an additional fee.
