The space The apartment has a living room with a 55" Smart TV with cable included, a kitchen equipped with a built-in induction ceramic stove with a digital panel. Dining room with all the necessary utensils. 3 bedrooms, the main one with a queen-size bed and 43" Smart TV with cable included, and 2 secondary bedrooms with double beds. 1 bathroom with a rain shower, including paper, soap, and shampoo. On the building's terrace, you will find 2 rooms, a ping pong table, and a futillo (soccer) table indoors and outdoors, a large space to enjoy the views. You can also use the gym at no extra cost. You will have access to 1 parking space free of charge. Everything you need for a well-deserved rest. Guest access With your reservation you'll have access to: Gym Terrace on Level 13 Basketball court (ask for keys at the guardhouse) Children's play area Remember that you can make use of these spaces as long as you respect the rules and the people who are there. As these are common areas, there are cameras monitoring. Any damage to the facilities will have a cost, which will be stipulated by the building's administration. Other things to note For long stays, housekeeping is offered once a week at no extra cost. I can arrange transfers from the airport to the apartment and vice versa through a reliable and safe taxi service. For large groups I have 2 more apartments in the same building and level for a total of 18 people (6 per apartment), you should always check availability.
