The space The Small Cabin is a single space unit in a vintage, authentic wood cabin, updated to offer luxury in a unique space. Offers a queen bed, smart TV, wifi, AC, dining nook with a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker, bathroom, outdoor siting area with a shared fire-pit space. Enjoy the intimate and perfect space for a weekend away in wine country. Also available, is the Large Cabin on same property with additional 2 bedrooms, bathroom and small kitchen. Guest access The whole place is yours! Other things to note *We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed. *Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property's natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the unique environment. Although we do not like fees to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following: Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
