Description

The property is in a fantastic location in the middle of downtown Costa Mesa. Enjoy the convenience of walking a few minutes to have access to great food, shopping, entertainment, and public amenities such as a public library, pool, and park. The entrance/exit to the freeway is down the street, the beach is less than 2 miles away, we are 20 minutes from Disneyland, or enjoy a short walk to Triangle Square with a vibrant nightlife, theater, bowling, or In-n-Out across the street! The space For your sleeping arrangements, the bedroom has large windows with a peaceful view of the backyard, a queen-sized bed, a linen closet, and a rack with hangers. The closet is locked for owner's use only. The couch is also a pull-out full-size bed that can sleep 2. The bedding and linens are already in the folded bed, and the pillows are in the linen closet. The bedroom also has an air conditioner to cool off during the summer, and a space heater to warm up during the winter. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable night's sleep, including extra linens and pillows. The bathroom is spacious with a stand-up shower. In the living room, you'll find a 50" Smart TV for your entertainment needs, a plush couch that pulls out to a full-size bed, a workdesk with a comfortable chair, a space heater, and an air purifier to make sure you have the freshest air possible. It's the perfect space to relax and unwind after a long day. The full-sized kitchen features an open-concept design with marble countertops, including a solid wood bartop for sitting, and plenty of storage for supplies. Use the 4-burner electric stove with oven to cook up a tasty meal. Start your mornings right with a delicious cup of coffee using the Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods included! Also included is a water filter container in the fridge, pre-filled with re-mineralised reverse osmosis water. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a gourmet meal, you'll have all the tools and space you need. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each stay. We use hypoallergenic, fragrance and dye-free detergent so you'll have freshly washed sheets and linen, plush towels, and washcloths, as well as fresh cleaning rags for the kitchen. Guest access The entry gate leads to a backyard, which is shared with an Airbnb-occupied studio apartment that is attached to the main house, which is owner-occupied. The 1-bedroom apartment is detached from the main house. The washer and dryer are shared between the 1 bedroom apartment and the studio. The apartments are ground level, there are no stairs. If it's available, you can park your car in front of the driveway where it says "No Parking" (please do not park on the sidewalk); otherwise, there is free street parking. There is normally lots of parking during the day, but it can get packed in the evening. If you aren't able to find parking close by on Plumer St, there might be parking available on Aneheim Ave, which is right around the corner. Other things to note ⚠️ As per the Airbnb Terms of Service, under Guest Terms, section 1.2 Booking, by booking a listing, you are making a contract with the host. This means you have fully read through the listing description of this apartment, understand what amenities are provided, and will abide by our house rules. You also understand that it is your responsibility as a guest to communicate to us any questions or requirements of amenities, provided or missing, so that you can make a fully informed decision. All of this must be done prior to booking our listing. ⚠️We rely on Airbnb's platform to automatically provide the address to the unit the day before check-in. We are happy to share details of the general location, but for the privacy and security of our home and guests, we do not provide the exact address any sooner than the day before check-in. ⚠️ We do our utmost to make sure our guests have a seamless and stress-free check-in. However, on the rare chance you encounter issues during check-in, we will not be able to assist after 11:00 PM. Therefore, we recommend all guests check in prior to 11:00 PM to avoid any possible issues. ⚠️ The unit is extensively cleaned and disinfected after each guest visit. ⚠️ We provide a set amount of toiletries and supplies for the first few days of your stay. We do not provide unlimited items for guests to use, such as coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, tampons, etc. 🚭 Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed within the apartment or on the property. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding any use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, vaping, etc. If you are caught smoking in the apartment or on the property, your booking will be immediately canceled with no refund, and you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. If you must smoke, please respect other guests and smoke outside of the gate on the sidewalk, away from any entrances or windows. ⚠️ Pets are not allowed. ⚠️ The toilet is a round toilet, not an elongated toilet. ⚠️ The rooms have room-darkening shades, but are not blackout shades. ⚠️ We are a block away from a busy street in downtown Costa Mesa, so most noise is blocked, but there can be loud vehicles that pass by occasionally, such as a firetruck or ambulance. We do provide a noise machine next to the bed, and earplugs are available upon request. ⚠️ The sprinklers in the backyard turn on at 4:00 AM and run for 10 minutes.
