Nestled in a serene neighborhood, our cozy Airbnb offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, while still being centrally located for easy access to all the attractions South Hampton has to offer. With comfortable amenities and a calming atmosphere, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Explore the nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants, all just a short drive away. We look forward to hosting you for a relaxing getaway! The space Please read the additional disclosures, guidelines, and rules. No events, no parties, no smoking – Guest access Welcome to our home! We're delighted to have you as our guest and we hope you have a fantastic stay! Our home is a special place for us, and we trust that you'll treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own. PET POLICY: We understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family, and we're happy to consider them as our guest too, on a case-by-case basis. We kindly ask for a pet fee to cover any additional cleaning expenses. Fees will be applied based on size of animal and duration of stay, and they'll range from $50 to $200. As with all guests, we expect everyone to treat the space with respect and care. Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside the property. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: We have a per-person, per-night fee of $100 when occupancy exceeds 2 people. When booking, please enter in the correct number of guests to receive accurate pricing. The guest number can be altered at any time if anything changes however, we must have the correct number of paid people on the lease. SEPTIC TANK: To ensure the proper functioning of our septic system, we kindly ask that you do not flush toilet paper down the toilet.Instead, we provide a lined waste bin in the bathroom for your convenience. Please dispose of used toilet paper in this bin. NO ENTERTAINMENT POLICY: Our property is meant for quiet enjoyment and relaxation, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this "No Entertainment" policy. If you plan to host a gathering or event, please seek alternative venues that are designed for such activities. By booking our property, you agree to respect this policy, as well as all other house rules and guidelines. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction and additional fees. SEASONAL ACCESS OF POOL: 1.The pool is available for use from May 15th to September 15th. Outside of these dates, the pool is closed and not accessible. 2. Supervision for Minors: Minors under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool area. Unsupervised use by children is strictly prohibited. 3. Child Safety: Never leave children unattended in the vicinity of the pool. 4. Water Additives: Do not add anything to the water, including foaming bubbles, chemicals, bath oils, or any other substances. Additional cleaning fees will be assessed if any of the above items are added. 5. Prohibited Items: No candles or glass items are allowed in the pool area or in the pool itself. Shoes should not be worn in the pool. 6. Pets: Absolutely no pets are allowed in the pool area. 7. Electrical Appliances: Electrical appliances should not be used in or near the pool area. 8. Pool Liner Damage: If any damage occurs to the pool liner, the guest is responsible for the full replacement cost of the pool liner. 9. Responsibility for Damages: Guests agree to fully reimburse and indemnify the operator for any damage caused to the pool during the lease term. This includes damage caused by any person, whether invited or uninvited, pets, animals, or children. 10. Weekly Servicing: The pool is serviced and chemically treated on a weekly basis to ensure water quality and cleanliness. 11. Slippery Surfaces: The surrounding patio and deck may be slippery when wet. Please exercise caution. RELEASE STATEMENT: Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against and liability for accidents, injuries, or any harm that may occur to guests or their belongings during their stay at the property. By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge and agree that they are assuming all risks associated with their stay and that the host shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur. Guests further agree to indemnify and hold the host harmless from any claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in connection with the guest's stay at the property. By electrically signing this release of liability applies to all guests and their invitees. Guests are advised to exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines provided by the host. By accepting this release, guests confirm that they have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined herein and voluntarily agree to its provisions. LEGAL/LIABILITY: By booking you acknowledge that you and all members of your group have read, understand, and agree to the below liability waiver. I understand and acknowledge that staying at this property may involve certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or damages, whether caused by the property owner, other guests, or third parties. I hereby release and discharge the property owner from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, costs, or expenses, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with my stay at the property. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner from any claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in connection with my stay at the property. I agree to abide by all rules and guidelines provided by the property owner or listed in the property description.I understand that the use of amenities such as pools, may involve additional risks, and I agree to use them at my own risk. All guest in you group have acknowledge to have read and understand the terms of this waiver, and the guest voluntarily agree to its provisions. Confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host/Owners. We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines.
