Enjoy paradise at this peaceful family home. The house has been set up for you to relax and unwind, watch the passing traffic on the undercover deck and enjoy our magical island sunsets. The property is centrally located with a restaurant across the road and a short walk to town and shops. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to cook your local catch whilst also providing air conditioning if you find it a bit too hot. We will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy our little island. The space The property has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The house comes with a full kitchen including a gas oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, kettle and toaster. The open plan dining room seats four people comfortably. All the necessary utensils are available for your convenience. There is a wrap around deck for you to enjoy the passing traffic or share a meal. Get ready to wave to locals as they pass you by. Towels and linen are provided. There is a washing machine on site and a line to hang clothes. The restaurant across the road, Tavake Cafe, opens from 7am to 9pm if you are in need of coffee or food. The beach is located approximately 50m away across the road along with a football field. Here you can view the lagoon and enjoy our beautiful sunsets. If you're lucky enough you might see the local village playing afternoon sport. Please enquire about our airport transfers. Guest access Guests can use the entire house. Other things to note The list price is for two occupants and any extra people are charged an extra $50 per person per night regardless of age. Airconditioning is charged at an extra $20 per night. The air conditioning is located in the bedroom only. Free high speed wifi via starlink. Price includes an exit clean. House cleaning will take place weekly for stays of 7 days or longer.
