Welcome to this charming 75 m² house, ideal for a stay with family or friends. The house consists of three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The living room offers a friendly space with a TV and sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, and a dining table allows you to share meals. The space The accommodation includes: Ground floor: a dining room with a high chair (Tripp Trapp type), a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet. Cellar: a laundry room with washer and dryer. Floor (no elevator): three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds (160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm) and a passing bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190 cm). A folding baby crib is also available. A small terrace will allow you to spend pleasant moments around an electric barbecue. Bed linen, shower towels and kitchen towels are provided. For teleworking, a desk area with screen, fiber and free Wi-Fi access is available. Two parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
