Our stylish and modern apartment is located near Bad Kreuznach, Bingen and Mainz, in the Sprendlingen wine region. Sprendlingen offers many leisure activities, such as cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, swimming and much more. The property is perfectly suited for 1-3 people. There is no WiFi in the apartment - but the fiber optic cable for the internet is already installed. Think positive, just put the phone aside and do other things. :) The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One room is equipped with a bed measuring 100 m x 200 m. The second room has a bed measuring 160 m x 200 m with two separate slatted frames. The apartment has a private terrace surrounded by lots of GREENERY. Here you can relax in good weather, or simply smoke a cigarette. The adjacent gate entrance allows the parking of bicycles. Guest access The apartment, which is located on the first floor of an apartment building, can be reached via a common house entrance and a separate apartment entrance.
