The space Welcome to our vacation home in Capodarco, a hill town with a BREATHTAKING view. This is a brand NEW apartment on the second floor without an elevator in a family villa where the owners live on the first floor, kind and helpful people who can give you useful advice on the place if necessary. The house consists of three spacious and bright rooms, ideal for hosting families or groups of friends. The three double bedrooms have been furnished with a modern and functional DESIGN, including bedside tables, a walk-in closet and two have the AIR CONDITIONER to sleep peacefully at night. The living area consists of a huge living room and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, DISHWASHER, NESPRESSO coffee machine with pods, kettle, toaster and of course a complete set of cutlery and cookware. The smart TV and free Wi-Fi are available for guests to relax, thanks to which you can entertain yourself by watching your favorite TV series on Netflix or let your children watch YouTube. In the sleeping area, you will also find the two bathrooms complete with everything you need for your daily hygiene: complete bathroom fixtures, a shower, a hairdryer, and a sink. In one of the two bathrooms, you will also have a very useful washing machine to wash your clothes. In addition, we provide bed linen and towels, along with a welcome kit, all included in the price of the reservation. Our guests can also enjoy PRIVATE PARKING in the courtyard of the apartment. For families with small children, we are happy to offer a comfortable camping COT available during your stay. The area where the apartment is located, being residential, is very quiet and you will not have any kind of noise problem, but at the same time it is also very convenient because nearby you will find bars, craft shops and a pharmacy. As for restaurants, a 7-minute drive will take you to the PORTO SAN GIORGIO promenade, where you can enjoy seafood restaurants by the sea or, alternatively, trattorias with typical MARCHIGIANA cuisine. If you are traveling with your 4-legged friends, I recommend going to the Lido di Fermo area (10 minutes by car) where there is a beach dedicated to pets! Guest access Access to the house is via self check-in with a lockbox with a code, which is a huge advantage since you can check in whenever you want. Other things to note We love animals and are happy to welcome them into the house 🐶🐱 To ensure that the apartment is always impeccable even for those arriving later (especially allergic or very sensitive guests), after a stay with animals we carry out a more thorough cleaning. To cover these additional interventions, a fee of €40 is provided in addition to the standard cleaning cost, which will be requested during self check-in. Once the booking is made, online check-in will be handled through a dedicated software of our manager, designed to make the process quick and easy. During this process, you will be asked to: 1. Pay the tourist tax as per the Municipality. 2. Upload the identity documents of all guests, as required by law (Article 109 of the TULPS), to ensure recognition and fulfill regulatory obligations. 3.
