The cottage sits within a ninety acre farm, Higher Easthams Farm.The market town of Crewkerne is a pretty, ham stone town that sits in beautiful countryside perfect for all manner of outdoor pursuits. The River Parrett and trail runs through the farm . We are only 30 minutes drive from the world heritage site that is the Jurassic coast, which has the towns of Lyme Regis famous for its fossils and Bridport which are popular for the beach and cafes. The space All photos are taken on the farm. The property comprises an open plan living area which includes the kitchen, dining and living area and opens out onto a private south facing garden. There are three bedrooms. Two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite . Guest access Free parking next to the cottage Other things to note Guests are welcome to stroll around the farm. We have a five acre wood which can be lit at night during the summer evenings . We are a mixture of arable and pasture and run a small flock of sheep which keeps Ness from being too homesick for her native New Zealand. As I write, we have two friendly dogs, a dachshund and a very white golden retriever. We also have a ginger cat called Claud and a silkie chicken. Hot air balloons are able to take off from the farm (weather permitting). Bookings to fly are made separate to the farm and guests .
