The space The house consists of a hallway with clothes hangers and a place to leave shoes, followed by a utility room with a water tank and a water heater (65 liters - enough for my family of 4 at one time). For more people, if using the bathtub, a break of about 2 hours may be needed to heat the water, and all the necessary cleaning supplies are provided: a vacuum cleaner, a mop, etc. From the hallway there is an entrance to the living room and a staircase leading up to the first floor of the house. There is a large room about 55 m2 where there is a place to sleep for two, a workspace, a place to store your belongings, a children's play area, toys, games, and a swing. On the ground floor there is an open living room with a kitchen and a dining room. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for everyday life: an induction stove, oven, microwave, mixer, kettle, and a capsule coffee machine. All pots, plates, silverware, etc. In the dining room, a table with 4 chairs, in addition, there are two fold-out chairs in the utility room, there is also a high chair, a large couch, where you can also sleep alone if it is such a willingness, a fireplace that functions in the winter, a TV with Netflix and other apps. A dresser with the ability to store your belongings. A bedroom with a 160x200 large bed, a large storage closet, two bedside tables. Bathroom: toilet, bidet, extra large bathtub, sink. Room 2 bedroom with a 160x200 sofa bed, a large storage closet, and a dresser with drawers, a TV with apps. Coffee table. There is a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a wood-burning hot tub, a pool in the summer season, a garden with a nest-type swing and a hammock, parking by the house. The house is very close to the lake, wild beach. Private access to all lot owners. A place in a very quiet neighborhood. Access from the main road, gravel road, and dirt road. Guest access Use of the entire facility. Garage without guest access. Other things to note This place in a quiet area near a forest, a lake, the internet doesn't always work perfectly. The dirt road can be muddy in conditions of heavy rain. If you use the grill and the fireplace, you must clean and tidy them up afterwards, otherwise you will have to pay a €50 penalty. €200 for losing the house keys. This is a place for a total chill. Important - unfortunately, items left by our guests will not be returned but disposed of. We do not have a suitable place to store them, and we do not have the time to return them.
