Relax comfortably in our fully equipped beautiful home, only 10 minutes from the airport or 25 min from the city centre of Edinburgh (bus stop 5 min walk) and 5 mins from the picturesque town of South Queensferry. A perfect base for exploring! We have hosted on Airbnb for 11 years and are trusted to provide a reliable, enjoyable experience in our clean and spacious home for you and your guests. The space Our home is brand new, completed in Dec 2023. Spacious, full of light, and modern. As a keen gardener, you can also enjoy our outdoor space too! We are set back from the road, have no one overlooking us, and this means you have peace and privacy to enjoy the garden! Downstairs: Living room. Children’s playroom Large open plan kitchen/dining living room with sliding doors to the garden. Garden: It’s a suntrap! Lovely seating area. Weber bbq grill. Children’s swingset, outdoor sandpit and mud kitchen! Other children play toys available on request. Downstairs sleeping arrangements: Children’s playroom which has a comfortable double sofa bed which is very easy to set up (pulls out very easily) Upstairs: Room 1: Master bedroom with King sized bed, and en-suite shower room. Room 2: Double bedroom with en suite shower room. Room 3: Single bed (children’s room). A double airbed (still comfy!) for up to 2 adults can be used as a replacement if need additional bed. Room 4: Toddler bed. A double airbed for up to 2 adults can be used as a replacement if required. Travel cot is also available on request. Guest access We advertise our home on Airbnb when we are away. You can have full use of our home, apart from the wardrobes in our bedrooms where we store our belongings. We have drawers in bedroom 2 and a clothes rail for bedroom 5, where you can unpack/store luggage. The best thing about our listing is that it is a home, so everything you need is available, and is fully equipped - want to make a cake or have a dinner party? We have everything you will need! Kids will be fully entertained with a well stocked play room, and we have family board games available too for rainy days! Good weather? Open up our sliding doors and you can enjoy some outdoor living! We are right next to Conifox Adventure Park, a short drive from Craigie’s Farm, and a few minutes drive from Carlowrie and Dundas Estate (for wedding/events) Other things to note We live in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, please respect this and be mindful of our neighbours during your stay.
