*We are on the direct bus route to Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh zoo and city centre* Relax comfortably in our new, fully equipped beautiful home, only 10 minutes from the airport or 25 min from the city centre of Edinburgh (bus stop 5 min walk) and 5 mins from the picturesque town of South Queensferry. Craigie’s Farm & Conifox nearby! We have hosted on Airbnb for 11 years and can be trusted to provide a reliable, enjoyable experience in our clean and spacious home for you and your guests :) The space Our home is brand new, completed in Dec 2023. Downstairs: Living room. Children’s playroom Large open plan kitchen/dining living room with sliding doors to the garden. Garden: It’s a suntrap! Lovely seating area. Weber bbq grill. Children’s swingset, outdoor sandpit and mud kitchen! Other children play toys available on request. Downstairs: Children’s playroom which has a comfortable double sofa bed which is very easy to set up (pulls out very easily) Upstairs: Room 1: Master bedroom with King sized bed, and en-suite shower room. Room 2: Double bedroom with en suite shower room. Room 3: Single bed (children’s room). A double airbed (still comfy!) for up to 2 adults can be used as a replacement if need additional bed. Room 4: Toddler bed. A double airbed for up to 2 adults can be used as a replacement if required. Travel cot is also available on request. Room 5: Comfy, double sofa bed Guest access You can have full use of our home, apart from our 5th bedroom which we will be storing our belongings. Please respect all our space, as it is a home not just a house, and leave it as you found it :) Other things to note We live in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, please respect this and be mindful of our neighbours during your stay.
