THE CORALINE VILLA Villa Coralie of about 120 m² + 40m² terrace is ideally located in Anse Mitan, close to the beach and enjoys a nice view of the bay of Fort-de-France. This luxury single-storey villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, adults and/or children. The space You will find a first air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and its en-suite bathroom with double sink + direct access to the terrace. A second air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with two single beds (possibility of a double bed) + a desk area. A third air-conditioned bedroom completes the night part with a double bed + direct access to the terrace. Guests can enjoy a second bathroom with double vanity + washing machine. There are a total of 3 toilets in the villa. You will find a living room /TV area open to the terrace, equipped with a TV with cable channels. The American kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hobs, American fridge (separate freezer and ice dispenser), coffee machine, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Living room and American kitchen have an amazing view of the sea. Relax in the pool and on the terrace equipped with dining table and garden furniture and 2 sun loungers looking at the sea. THE BEDROOMS Villa Coraline can accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed with its own bathroom + toilet. The bay window gives direct access to the terrace where the pool is. The second bedroom is air-conditioned and includes two 90cm single beds (possibility of making a double bed) and an office space. This room is also well suited for couples or teenagers for example. The third bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a 140cm double bed. The bay window gives direct access to the terrace where the pool is. Nearby the beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina of the tourist place of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are 500 m away. From the marina, there is a regular sea connection to Fort-de-France. From its central position, excursions in North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree climbing course, a riding club and tennis courts are within a few km, as well as golf of course. Access to the beautiful Diamond and Anses d 'Arlet beaches are quick and direct.
