Welcome to this spacious double bedroom within my home including a shared bathroom and free off road parking for one vehicle. The property is within easy reach of Poole Quay, Poole Harbour, several locals parks and beaches giving you options to enjoy watersports, sea fishing, boat trips or just relaxing I am also conveniently located and only 2-3 minutes away from Poole Ferry Terminal - gateway to France and the Channel Islands. The space Spacious double bedroom with a king size bed, hot drinks making facility, min fridge, small dining table / workspace with Wi-Fi. The shared bathroom has a large shower enclosure, sink, toilet and illuminated mirror with shaving socket Ample power sockets and 2no. USB charging points are provided for your convenience within the bedroom. Separate coat and shoe storage are also available in the hallway at the main front entrance. Central heating is available in all rooms and usually switched on between October and April, subject to the weather of course! Guest access Guests have access to the main front entrance, downstairs hallway and upstairs bedroom and shared bathroom. No access is available to the downstairs living area or kitchen. I can usually accommodate two bicycles in my garage at the rear of the property, please contact me prior to request availability and confirm arrangements. I have a rear enclosed garden with patio area and seating which I may allow you to use but this will be subject to the weather and at my discretion. During your stay Preferably contact me via the Airbnb messaging facility, however should you need to contact me in an emergency my phone number will be provided with the check-in instructions. If am around the property during your stay then I always like to meet and greet you at check-in and provide you with a quick overview of the property and amenities. At other times during your stay I am usually available and happy to pause for a chat, discuss any issues and help answer any questions you may have need regarding the local area, attractions and public transport. Other things to note No visitors or guests are permitted other than those booked on your reservation. As I work from home most days midweek I would appreciate that you observe the quiet hours of 2300-0700. Cleaning costs are included so no hidden extras apply, although I do appreciate guests who respect the property and leave it as clean and tidy as possible.
