Great beachfront condo!

This wonderful beachfront condo is a short walk to much of what Gulf Shores has to offer. Sea-n-Suds, Pink Pony, The Hangout are all an easy walk away. Surf Style Island Market is across the street and about 200 yards away and is handy for snacks and toiletries. The bedroom has a double bed and a balcony with a great beach view. A double Murphy bed is available in the living room, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen is fully stocked. And there is an outdoor grilling area. The space *Parking limited to one car *Minimum age 24 to rent *No Smoking *No pets (association rule) *No large gatherings Other things to note The cleaning fee includes your guest parking pass. If you will not be bringing a car I will refund $40 for the parking pass.
