Welcome to this renovated 1930s semi-bourgeois house that bears the hallmark of the time: high ceilings, large windows, fireplaces, ceiling moldings, solid parquet and cement tiles. In the heart of the city center, quiet, everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, park... Several modes of public transport are accessible: bus to Saint Philibert metro, train to Lille in less than 20 min (with a bus ticket) and direction Dunkirk for a day at the sea. The space You will find a chic flea market atmosphere in this family home that can accommodate 5 people and a baby. Everyone will find their place in the 3 bedrooms available: Bedroom 1 (2nd floor): 80 or 160 cm drawer bed depending on the configuration Bedroom 2 (1st floor): 1 bed 90 Bedroom 3 (1st floor): 1 bed 160 1 baby crib Sheets are provided, towels are not: Remember!! I have fully renovated this house alone in order to restore its aesthetic assets lost over the years. The corridors and some small details are still awaiting further renovation. I'm counting on your indulgence. It is located in the heart of the city of Armentières, on a quiet street, behind the main square and the UNESCO World Heritage Site belfry. This house is my primary residence with my 18 and 16 year old daughters, I would be grateful if you would not touch our personal belongings. I hope you have a good stay in Armentières! Guest access The house is fully accessible except for one bedroom, the cellar, the attic and the storage room in the courtyard. Other things to note Towels are not provided. Think about it in your luggage!! Street parking and parking in the Grand'Place parking lot is available from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., except for the first half hour, which is free on Saturday afternoon after 12:00 p.m. and on Sunday If you prefer to park without paying, I will show you free parking in the area.
