The space Our property is located in a very quiet area of Calliste called "The Bronx" accessed by local Bus #1 which can take you as far as the Capital city of St. George, Supermarket s (IGA/Real Value, RAM's, CK's, and others), as well as world famous Grand Anse Beach. Other things to note This Apt has it's own unique style in that it is a "Loft" style conceptualized after the growing Tiny House movement, where you climb into the bedroom loft area via a 3-rung ladder, 3½ feet up from the living room floor. LAUNDRY Laundry is available at an extra charge. it is US$10 per load. Detergent or softener are not provided. The service is only available between 11:00am - 3:00pm AC The AC Unit is an energy efficient model that is preset for comfort to the size of the apt. There is no remote. There is a red switch on the wall that turns the unit on/off. When using, please close ALL the windows. When leaving the Apt, please turn it off. There is a Mini mart across the street where you can get items like bread, eggs, coffee, tea, milk etc. The owner is a fisherman so you can get fresh lobster, lambie (conch), snapper, tuna and other fish.
