Welcome to a cozy house by the water. Here you are close to a swim in the lake, nice trails in the forest and close to town. The house is 140 sqm, two bedrooms and an open floor plan with kitchen and TV room. In the kitchen, there is also a stove to start a fire in. Access to 2 tent beds, a crib is available to accommodate more people. A nice cat lives in the home and may possibly keep you company during your stay! Kind and house-trained dogs are welcome! The space The big house you rent has everything you need for a lovely stay. Washing machine, clothes dryer, a large bathroom, two bedrooms, one with a 160 bed, the other a 120 bed. There are two cots that can be kept in the bedrooms or in the common areas. The kitchen is well equipped, borrow what you need but make sure to leave it in the condition you took it in. When the host couple lives in the house when it is not rented out, our things are in the home, but we have cleaned away so there is space for your things during the stay. Bed linens are not included in the rent but are brought by the guests. NOTE: We have our own water well, so in order for the water to be enough for everyone, we ask you not to bathe in the bathtub. Instead, take a lovely dip in the lake :-) Guest access You can use the large house and the parking spaces that are available under the carport. The garage and the small house are not included in the rent, however, you can use the lovely patios on the property. We have a small cottage on the farm that is also available for booking via Airbnb. The playground and trampoline are available for guests in both the large house and the small cottage. Other things to note Welcome to Ulriksdal! We who live here are Paulina and Richard with our two children, as well as a dog and a cat. There are toys and surfaces for the children to play on both indoors and outdoors. We have a playground and trampoline outside that can be used. Outside there is also a fireplace and a charcoal grill for sunny days, there are patios to have coffee or meals in both the morning and afternoon sun. A stone's throw away there is a shallow sandy beach. In the forest there are lovely paths to both walk and also cycle on.
