Shopping needs are within a mile Wal-mart, Runnings, and Hy Vee nearby. The space This house has been in the family 1950's when it was moved to its current location. This home is where Woody and Phyllis Woods (my in-laws) raised their children and operated their small business Woods Auto Repair. After their kids were grown Woody and Phyllis opened their home to University Students and National Guard members who would rent the upstairs. This property has been in the Woods family. In the late 1990's my husband and I purchased this house to keep it in the family. Feel free to enjoy the flowers or pick some fresh rhubarb and asparagus.
