Comfortable room with balcony and a beautiful view, located 500 meters from the Juventus Club. The space The apartment is on the first floor of a small condominium. The room is cozy and with ideal space, it has a balcony with a beautiful view to the west. The property is small, so I chose to host only one person. Great location 200 meters from the bakery, pharmacy, market, restaurants, gym and 500 meters from the Juventus Club. Easy access to Bresser-Mooca subway station (10-minute drive) and Vila Prudente subway station (6-minute drive). I have two super docile and somewhat frightened cats. Other things to note It's important to remember that I have two cats.
