Nestled in the hills of Monteagle, Tennessee, our event space offers a charming & rustic setting for gatherings of up to 150 people. The space With its wooden exterior and spacious interior, provides a unique backdrop for weddings, reunions, and other special occasions. The space is thoughtfully designed to balance vintage charm with modern amenities. Lodging is available for rental on the property, including our suites connected to the barn. The Barn is equipped with a basic sound system: 8 channel mixer with a 3 band EQ on each channel and onboard effects. What this means is that we are equipped to provide ample sound for up to 8 inputs of live audio. Best for: Solo Singer-Songwriters. Solo speakers in a seminar type setting. Duo or Trio performance acts (Vocals, Acoustic Guitar, Bass, Electric Guitar...etc.) A general checklist of equipment that should be on hand is as follows: 8 microphone stands, 5 Shure SM58 microphones, At least 10-15 XLR cables 25' in length 4 x 50-75' speaker cables. The stage inside the barn is very versatile. It provides extra seating space if needed, or a space to perform live music, host an auction, a poetry slam, meeting, you name it! **Looking for additional accommodations? Ask our team about our lodging (cottages & suites)! Guest access You will have access to the entire event space & property grounds. The Barn has a large parking lot where you and your guests/vendors can park during their stay. Other things to note • Please note The Barn is located on a space with other homes, cabins and an event center. We ask that you please be mindful of your neighbors. • We do allow approved dogs with the collection of a pet fee. Please inquire for pet fees. Failure to have pets approved can lead to larger fees. • Please be mindful of your surroundings! Bear Hollow shares a fence with a state park. It is great to be so close, but remember there could be critters in the area as we are located beside their home.
