Our charming space perfect for groups or solo or business travelers looking for unique experience and would like to “Live like a local”. Enjoy your days with Thai arts and temples, local street food, popular restaurants, great coffee shops, nightlife, and plenty to do within walking distance and/or using public transportation. The space The condo is located near BTS Saphan Taksin, Icon Siam, Asiatique Riverfront, shopping streets and other attractions. Easy to reach and travel around Bangkok. Condo decorated room 60 sq. m., can accommodate up to 7 people. The unit has 2 rooms. One room has a king-size bed and the other has a queen-size bed and 1 sofa. with fresh bed sheet sets in both rooms. Living room with sofa bed, dining area with table and 4 chairs, 1 bathroom (including towels, toilet paper, body wash, shampoo & conditioner), 1 full size kitchen, smart TV, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, washing machine inside, two hair dryers, cleaning equipment, cloth hangers and etc. Self-check-in is anytime after 3 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. Late check-out will be charged at 1,000 THB per hour. The room is on the 8th floor. With extreme caution, young children must be under close supervision of their parents. A keycard and passcode are required to access the main entrance and guest room, respectively. On the day of your departure, please put the keycard on the table before leaving the room. No pets allowed. Any damage incurred will be charged 10,000 THB or depending on the amount of damage incurred. Smoking and strong-smelling items, such as durian, are strictly prohibited in the guest rooms and throughout the property, including the balconies. A fine of up to 10,000 THB will be imposed for violations related to smoking or the presence of strong odors. No parking lot available for our guests. Under Thailand's immigration Laws, we require a copy of every guests' passport to register your stay in Thailand and send it to the Thai immigration office. Notification will be sent 24 hours before your arrival. Thank you very much for your cooperation. For Thai people, please show your ID card. Guest access Our valuable guests have access to the entire unit, amenities, kitchen and all common area facilities. We have bed sheet sets cabinet in the room. Please do not open. Garbage disposal room is on the opposite side of the hallway, labeled as “cleaning room”. Public or shared gym and swimming pool located in a nearby building, can be accessed by using the keycard. Other things to note There is no reception on site. We will send you a self-check-in guide before your arrival, so be sure to check it out. Non-registered guest(s) is prohibited to stay overnight(s) in the room(s). The rental fee included the cleaning fee and 1 clean per week for more than 2 week stay or a long stay. You will always check-in to a clean room. Please help keep the room clean and take care of items inside the room. The electricity usage is included in the rental rate.
