Simple Tiny Home#2 (3beds:queen, twin, sofa)

Please read description entirely before booking. Want to experience staying in a tiny cozy home out of the city? Well, this place is truly one of a kind, and just newly renovated right off on highway road and a 24 hours Shell gas station/essential store nearby. There’s not that much to do or see in the area but if you’re looking just to stay somewhere simple in the country side, this is it. Kitchenette- electric double burner cooking with basic cooking sets, microwave, small air fryer,skillet The space Low ceiling loft queen bed; must able to climb stairs and duck down. Strictly NO smoking , e cigarettes, or vaping inside cottage. FYI it is right off highway road, there will be cars passing noise. It also out of the city and in the country; surrounded by trees and bushes, expect there will be outdoor bugs so please keep door close at all times and turn off outdoor lights when not in use. (Outdoor bugs are attractive to lights at night) It is share compound lot land with possible other guest in mobile home and RV, please do not block entrance and driveway, please park on designated area. Respect other guest and quiet hours. Only 1 small pet allowed with a fee, please message for any further questions. Long term (7-30 days at a time) stay allowed but with approval guest term agreement- please message for more details. Guest access It is located out of the city right off by the highway , just a 30-minute drive from Sugar Land and 20 minutes from Brazos Bend State Park and George Ranch Historical Park. Other things to note There are few restaurants and local markets groceries that are 3-10mins away. Big grocery stores like HEB, Kroger, Aldi, Brazos Town Center, and plenty of restaurants that are 25 mins away.
