It is a downstairs apartment with the owner residing upstairs. There is a washer and drier on site, wi-fi. A/C in bedroom only. The space This apartment is one of two attached to a main house. You will be sharing the property with the owner, her daughter and two small dogs. Dont worry they have their separate space so they will not bother you while you visit. Guest access The rental area is clearly separated. You have full access to this area. There is parking on site.
