The space The Margot is a delightful one-bedroom guesthouse packed with charm and sophistication. Each room is filled with natural light through the large windows and coupled with the abundance of green leafy plants throughout the house, it is the perfect space to relax and recharge. Step through the keyless entry and into the spacious open plan living/dining room, the heart of the newly built home. The elegant kitchenette is equipped with all the basics to cook up breakfast lunch and dinner. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a toaster and a double hot plate along with all the pots, pans and utensils you could need, a toaster and toaster oven, but unfortunately the home does not have a full size oven. Whether you like your coffee brewed in a french press, pour-over, or a standard drip coffee pot we got you covered! Enjoy a cup while sitting in the sunshine along the comfy bench seating in the dining nook. Through the hall is the beautiful primary bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and soft pastel decor. The calming room features a luxurious king bed with soft linens and extra blankets to keep you cozy at night. In the corner is a relaxing arm chair and a large wall mounted TV, perfect for staying in and watching a movie on Netflix. There is a walk-in closet with plenty of space for your belongings whether you are staying one night or one month, an iron and ironing board and a yoga mat along with weights and blocks. Also off the bedroom is a small laundry nook where you have full access to a washing machine and dryer. Down the hall is the bright eclectic bathroom with an antique restored vanity, toilet and a full-size bath/shower. There is plenty of fluffy towels for each guest as well as a variety of complimentary amenities. We would love to welcome you to the Margot guest house on your next visit to Oklahoma City! Guest access The Guesthouse is located behind our long-term rental with highly vetted tenants. Your GPS will bring to their house. The Margot has a private driveway with dedicated parking for you to use. Guests have private access to the entire guesthouse as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee and full use of your own washing machine and dryer. Other things to note 40amp Level 2 Smart EV charger with J1772 plug available upon request with no added fee for charging one vehicle fully per nights stay.
