Beautiful and fragrant! ❤️ Queen bed, 43" smart TV, electric shower and more! NOTE 1: 1 FLOOR STAIRS, NOTE 2: the stairs are wide, excellent... but it has no handrail. (see the photos, please). Our building consists of 9 kitchenettes (permanent residents and Airbnb). IMPORTANT: WE WERE BUILDING AND RENTING 1 BY 1, SO THE EXTERNAL PART (CORRIDORS AND STAIRS), still lack painting/coating and such. BUT NOTHING THAT INTERFERES WITH THE APARTMENTS THAT ARE BEAUTIFUL (see reviews) We will be happy to welcome you! 😘 The space This building is an achievement of mine and my husband, a work still lacking some details of painting and finishing the stairs and corridors. However, there is nothing that interferes with the use of the 7 apartments, which are beautiful and modern ❤️ (please check the photos) Guest access We have a shared laundry room with space to hang clothes Other things to note The apartment is on the 1st floor of stairs.
