Charming country oak beamed home

Welcome to our beautiful country converted bungalow nestled in the picturesque village of Lower Boddington. Perfect for large groups or families, this spacious retreat sleeps up to 14 guests and offers a blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. With a stunning beamed kitchen/dining room with oak doors opening to the outdoor seating area and the peaceful country views, it makes the perfect setting for a very special get together. The space Welcome to your home away from home in the beautiful village of Lower Boddington, in our wonderful country converted bungalow with a fantastic space for gathering family and friends in the large kitchen/ dining area, with oak beams and vaulted windows, which open up onto beautiful views over fields and the outdoor dining space complete with outdoor seating, BBQ and Loungers. We have 6 fantastic bedrooms with two additional single beds in the main bedroom. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: Upstairs: Master bedroom with en-suite: (sleeps up to 4) - King bed with 2 additional single guest beds that can be arranged as a double or singles. Bedroom 2: (sleeps up to 2) - King bed Bedroom 3: (sleeps up to 2) - Double bed Downstairs: Bedroom 4: (sleeps up to 2) - King bed Bedroom 5: (sleeps up to 2) - Double bed Bedroom 6 : ( sleeps up to 2) - Double bed We have 4 beautiful bathrooms, all containing a toilet and shower, in addition with two having roll top baths. There is an entrance room containing a convertible games table between Pool, table tennis and darts. The home has a brilliant utility area, with a Belfast sink, washing machine and dryer for your convenience, as well as a large dog bed for your furry friends comfort. This has an attached shower room. When available Guests can request early check in (11am ) or/and late check out (3pm) for an additional £45 per extra per check in/out. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, garden area and driveway. There is a barn on the property grounds that holds a small business that will not disturb your stay, but this area is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Where available, guests can request early / late check in from 11am (early check in) or until 3pm (late check out) for an additional £45 each. In the grounds of the property there is a barn/ unit which houses a small business, which occasional clients may visit during your stay. You will not be disturbed in any way as the barn is sectioned outside of the garden grounds. There are outdoor security cameras on the entrance, driveway and barn for the protection of the small business and the house.
