Close to Imagicaa(around 20 minutes) and Kolad River Rafting (around 10 minutes) The property has a Club house, Guitar shaped swimming pool, Windchime restaurant, a vegetable garden, a pond, swings, Cricket turf, Pool table, Mini theatre and several other amenities. The Villa is a 3 BHK spread over 2300 sqft with 3 massive rooms, with each having its private bathrooms, a massive balcony on the 1st floor facing the Amba River and lush greenery, perfect to enjoy your morning tea or evening drinks. Kitchen is equipped with electric gas tops, utensils, cutlery, plates and essentials to make your stay confortable and cook yourself a quick meal. 24/7 battery backup to avoid any unpleasantness. A private Swimming pool overlooking the lush greenery and Amba River, butterflies flying about throughout the day, and a beautiful sunset which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your private pool. We have wifi and a smart TV to keep you entertained and several amenities provided by the host such as a bicycle to stroll through the property, fishing gear, an electric BBQ, Card games and badminton rackets to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. we also provide Cricket bats and badminton rackets for use and Pool table access in the club house along with pingpong, mini theatre and various other games. There are several restaurants nearby which deliver local authentic food to the villa (subject to availability). The hosts are available to address any issues/requests within reasonable means. Guest access Access is permitted to entire property including society communal areas such as communal pool, vegetable garden, club house, and restaurant. All amenities provided by host such as bicycle, fishing gear and BBQ grill are also accessible Other things to note Located about 25 minutes from Adlabs Imagica, 10 minutes from Kolad River Rafting and 10-20 minutes from several popular waterfalls and 1.5 hours from Mumbai (Wadala). Several CNG and petrol pumps throughout the route, and 5 mins from Pali Village. Also since the villa is located in a remote area power fluctuations happen sometimes, we have an invertor so the lights, Fans & charging ports will always work, but please note there is nothing we can do about it, it is requested to all the guests to take a not of this.
