Charming Studio in the Woods

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this charming studio in the woods. Get the best of both worlds - close to downtown Oxford for shopping and dining and located off the beaten path for a cozy country feel. It is located on a dirt road. This studio apartment is a private space located in our pole barn. It has been newly remodeled and includes a king size bed, queen size air mattress, and a sectional sofa. Perfect location for concerts at Pine Knob, weddings, and sporting events at Seymour Lake Twp Park. The space This is a private studio apartment in our pole barn. You will NOT have access to the entire pole barn. The space was recently finished and everything is brand new. Open space, one king bed, one queen air mattress, one full bath, and one sectional sofa. Free parking. We have a work station with comfy chair. Fully equipped kitchen. The stovetop works, however the oven does not currently work. The space includes Wi-Fi, SmartTV, desk, dining table, hair dryer, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods available, basic toiletries. There is also an outdoor area with a dining table / chairs and a firepit / chairs. Guest access The entire apartment and outdoor area is yours! Other things to note The property is on well water. We get it regularly tested and it is perfectly safe to drink, but some may prefer to bring water bottles for drinking / coffee. We are also on septic. Please do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper (no tampons, paper towels, wet wipes, etc.).
