1or2 guest, King bed, en-suite & cooked breakfast

For 1 or 2 guests, Bed & Breakfast is offered but not evening meals. Located close to Bristol Parkway station for rail and bus services. Our king bed with private ensuite facilities (electric shower)is on the ground floor overlooking the garden and patio. You are also welcome to relax and use other areas of the ground floor lounge , conservatory, gardens and patio. Off-street parking is freely offered for one car. Close amenities include public houses " The Beaufort Inn" and "Baileys Court" The space All guest rooms are on the ground level. The guest rooms are not separate to the hosts accommodation which are in the upstairs rooms. Guest access Guests can make use of the lounge, conservatory and garden areas. On a nice evening. a glass of wine on the patio watching the sunset is a must. (but bring the wine with you) Other things to note 1. Regretfully we do not have facilities to have babies or very young infant / children below 8 yrs 2. Guests Use of kitchen - This is limited to the use of the standalone microwave only 3. Guests Use of the Bath - The listing assumes the guest use of the bathroom shower. Requests for use of a hot bath should be put to the Host and if sufficient hot water is available for other guests usage then this may be considered but at an extra cost. 4. Guests use of Washing and Dryer - The listing assumes that if the guest stays over 4 days then guests may request the use of the washing machine free of charge. The use of the tumble dryer is available but at an extra charge wheras use of the garden clothes line is free
