Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space Renovated 2-star house, in a small village near the Nantes canal in Brest and a greenway for cyclists and 30 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan. The house is ideal for hosting families with children and babies. On the ground floor, the house consists of a living room with kitchen and living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, pressure cooker, kettle, toaster. There is also the living room with TV and Wi-Fi and toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 140 x 190 bed, one of the bedrooms has a wooden child's bed, a high chair, a chair booster and 1 baby bath, a stroller for troubleshooting. One bathroom and two toilets. On the second floor, a large bedroom with 3 single beds and children's books and games. The staircase is secured by barriers on each floor. Outside, garden furniture and BBQ. For your information: - Linens and towels are provided on request at a charge of 10 euros per bed. - The end of stay cleaning can be done by us for 60 euros. - However, all house cleaning products are provided. We are located 5 minutes from Ploërmel and all amenities, from the lake to the duke, its beach and golf. The Gulf of Morbihan is 40 minutes away, the forest of Brocéliande and its legends 20 minutes away.
