BEFORE YOU BOOK, PLEASE CHECK AVAILABILITY FOR THE CHAT. @ CASAS_MORROCOY The space The townhouse is located on a quiet street, within Caribbean Suites and Marina Beach, which boasts 24-hour private security, wonderful social areas, including an artificial canal, free circulation gardens with a variety of local flora and fauna, and the longest dock in the area with beach included. It is a specially focused stay on family groups with children and/or older adults, with all the necessary amenities to make them feel at home in a very safe and quiet environment. It is ideal for long stays, either by vacation or teleworking, as we have all the comforts to feel at home. It has a privileged location since it has a shopping center with bakery, still life, liquor store, empanadas sale, etc. And it is 2 minutes from the Luxor supermarket and 5 minutes from the town of Tucacas. Upper Floor: Room 1: One double bed with suite bathroom Room 2: a single bed and an attic with a double bed. THE ATTIC CEILING IS QUITE LOW SO WE DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ADULT BEDROOMS (shared bathroom). The property has a semi private garden facing towards a canal that connects to all the gardens of the complex, where you can appreciate a great variety of fauna (birds, fish, iguanas, turtles, among others) and flora ( large variety of palm trees, mangroves, beach grapes, different flowers and shrubs). All utensils and furnishings that are located inside the townhouse are for EXCLUSIVE USE WITHIN IT, that is, they must not be removed from the property. The complex has free-use fireplaces for guests and owners, located in the salty pool. If you want to use them, we recommend that you bring all the necessary utensils, since inside the townhouse we do not have them. Additional services: 1.- We offer the service of a sports boat or yacht, from 21 to 42 feet, depending on the budget that I manage. With a captain and crewman at your disposal to explore the keys and bays of Morrocoy National Park in full day format (from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm). Prices vary depending on the season, the boat chosen and the number of people.
