Come to Finca Tu Casa to relax and disconnect. This is a private property for you to come and explore. There are also nearby activities you can do such as go to a tour to Chorros De La Calera, Coffee Tours, Cafe Albenia, explore the Juayua town and many more. Please ask how we can help you make you experience at our home feel like a home away from home. The space Any type of vehicle can arrive to our property. The property is one level. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 restrooms. All 3 rooms have a queen size bed and air conditioning. Master bedroom has a restroom attached. Both restrooms do have warm water. Parking: Available in front of home Living Areas Inside: Open Concept living room equipped with a TV, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen consists of electric stove, microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. Living Area Outside: There is an open concept in the front porch were there are hammocks. Also there is an area for grilling, a firepit to make smores or just hang out with the family, and plenty of land to walk around. Feel free to take any fruits or limes you may find if in season. Guest access The whole property is available except storage areas. Other things to note Water is drinkable as it comes directly from Juayua springs which then goes through a filtration system straight to the home. Please note our caretaker does live in the premises and stay out of your way unless you need assistance. Should you choose to explore the property please be mindful there are steep areas. If there are individuals with mobility issues, there will be no issues but would have to remain around the house and or the covered porch (which still has amazing views). Exterior Security Cameras Nature: Due to the tropical nature that surrounds the area, although the home is maintained cleaned, critters will sometimes find themselves in the home. Also, you may want to carry some repellant should you choose to explore the property. Winds: Depending on the time of year you visit you may experience high winds. Toilet Paper Disposal: To avoid clogging and severe blockages, please do not dispose toilet paper, paper towels, feminine products, or any other trash in the toilets. Please use the waste bins next to the toilet for these items. Laundry Facilities: For guests staying a week or more, we provide a washer and dryer for your convenience. Cleaning services: For guests staying longer than a day or two and want and extra cleaning before checkout not a problem, there is an extra charge as shown below: General Clean $15 which include the following: -Changing sheets -Sanitizing kitchen counters -Sanitizing restroom counter and toilet -Sweeping and moping -Taking trash out Deep Clean $25: -Includes everything general cleaning includes -Cleaning dishes -Laundry service (as in laundry is done for you) -Defecation not being taken care of appropriately (as in flushed or anywhere not where its suppose to go) -Excessive dirtiness will be upgraded to a deep clean
