North Umpqua Confluence Condo

Welcome to our North Umpqua Vacation rental featuring Unit 1, the Confluence Condo. We are located at the Confluence of the North Umpqua River and Rock Creek. Hike, bike, raft, fish, or just relax alongside the river known as the Emerald Jewell. We are just a short scenic drive to Lemolo Lake, Diamond Lake, and the world renowned Crater Lake National Park. The space You will be renting Unit 1, the first building called the Confluence Condo. You will be provided a door code for the entry key pad. The main bedroom is in the loft and is a King adjustable bed and there is a half bath for your convenience and a workspace. The second bed is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room on the first floor. The full bathroom and laundry room is on the first floor as well. Bring your favorite DVD or borrow one of ours. There is air conditioning, a full kitchen, and 2 outdoor spaces. Enjoy the outdoors! Guest access You will have the entire Confluence Condo and the back deck and barbecue areas for your private enjoyment. Other things to note Cell phones/WIFI do work on the premises.
