You will feel like home in a very carefully designed cycladic retreat for the best holiday experience The space The property is a luxury double floor private villa with large external private furnished veranta. It is made by stone and white plaster build respecting the traditional cycladic house ambience. The long sea views are unique and spectacular. We offer privacy and tranquility in a 4000 square meters plot with gardens patios, paved walking paths, large lounge and sun deck, gym facilities and internal parking. Security is of high priority and the property is protected by perimetric cctv system. The villa has a total internal space of 70 square meters. There are two sitting areas one of them with flat tv, bedroom, dinning room, shower room and two wc’s. It is fully air conditioned, flat tv, radio, safe, hair dresser and is equiped with coffee machine of your choice, refrigerator, toaster, culteries, top branch bed, linen and towels, bath sampoo foam and soap of elegant branch, slippers, books, mosquito repellents, curtains, blinds and nets to all windows. Internal and external dinning areas, external sitting area. No pets please, smoking to external spaces only, no parties/ events, no wifi. Guest access The villa is for adults only, not suitable for guests with special kinetic needs, not suitable for children. The guests may park in the internal parking area and will access the double floor villa through staircase. No elevator on site. Other things to note We offer to our guests a quite, tranquille and calm ambience suitable for guests who wish to relax, unwind and feel the island nature, its colours and aromas. Parties and events are not acceptable since our main offer is the connection of our guests to the cycladic nature. There are available various small kitchen appliances but there is no oven and cooker facility in the villa, breakfast and food delivery service is available by local businesses, smoking is wellcomed to the external areas but not in the villa. Sea sports are available at the Kypri beach. Nine beach bars are available at Kypri, Gilden sand and Saint Peter beaches within walking distance from the villa. Restaurants, cafes, bakery and super markets are at Kypri and Saint Peter beaches. Batsi the more vibrant summer village is 3 km away while Gavrio the main island port is also at the same distance from the villa.
