Escape to Little Lempriere. A perfect couples retreat or a family stay. This luxurious two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is on the waterfront in Beauty Point. Enjoy stunning views from the spa on the private deck or cosy up around the fire pit. The home includes a well equipped kitchen and an open plan living space. Guests can make use of the free kayaks to explore the river or relax in the hot tub. In the heart of Tamar Valley wine region. Platypus House/Seahorseworld a short walk away. The space The home has a maximum occupancy of four. The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed with views of the river. It also has plenty of storage with a walk in robe. Robes supplied. An ensuite with a double shower and floor heating. Hairdryer supplied. The second bedroom has a king size bed that also can be split to provide 2 king single beds. Please confirm the chosen bed configuration on booking. A double built in robe is fitted. Both rooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs and robes are provided. Linen is of a high quality in both rooms. The second bathroom also has floor heating, a double vanity, enclosed shower unit and free standing bath. Behind beautiful Tas Oak doors you will find a washing machine, clothes dryer and laundry sink. The main living area is open plan to a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a double oven, gas hob, bottom mounted fridge, dishwasher and microwave. A pantry is fitted with some staples provided. There is a coffee machine, air fryer, electric frying pan, sandwich maker, kettle and toaster and cutlery/ crockery/pans. The home is heated by a reverse cycle heat pump which is ducted via ceiling vents to each room. The heat is controlled by a wall mounted panel. In the living area you will find wifi connection, a wall mounted TV and games. The main living room has floor to ceiling stacker glass doors taking in the beautiful view of the Tamar River. Outside the property there is an enclosed garden area which captures the evening sun and is sheltered and private. There is a small seating area with a small fire pit that the guest accepts full liability of usage. On the river side of the property there is a deck leading off the main living area fitted with glass balconies. There is an outdoor setting for four provided. A safety fence secures the 5 person spa which is private with stunning views of the river. The guests have direct access to the water to take a walk or use the kayaks provided. Life jackets are supplied but guests take liability for using the equipment. In walking distance of the home is several eateries. A fish and chip shop The Chefs Catch is on the waterfront with a new children’s playground opposite. The Cupboard a beautiful bakery has recently opened in Charles Street and offers great goodies and coffee. The River Cafe has great views of the Tamar River offering breakfast and luncheon either inside or alfresco dining. There is the local Beauty Point Bowling club that welcomes guest for a drink or a bowl. Hours vary during seasons. The Waterfront Hotel is a longer walk along the foreshore and offers great counter meals, open fire or deck dining with views of the marina. The township of Beaconsfield is a lovely country town offering all you could need. Two supermarkets, a bakery and Moonlily Cafe which is great to grab lunch or a takeaway meal. There is also two Indian restaurants and a pizza parlour. The pizza parlour offers delivery. Miners Gold brewery and taproom is also in Beaconsfield offering a lovely menu and a great tasting paddle of their beers. Hours are normally Thurs-Sunday but please check as this can change. There is also a doctor’s practice and a pharmacy in the town. For a day out a visit to The Beaconsfield Heritage Centre, Seahorse World and Platypus House are highly recommended. For the big kids we are situated in the beautiful Tamar Wine area with numerous vineyards nearby. A map is provided in your accommodation. Narawntapu national park is on the drive to Greens Beach which has beautiful walks and coastal scenery. Greens Beach has an incredible beach which is never too busy for a long walk or a swim. Greens Beach golf course welcomes visitors and is a great course with bar facilities. Also try the Greens Beach takeaway.. good Aussie hamburgers with the lot. All up Little Lempriere is a beautiful home either to kick back and watch the world go by or venture out and see all this beautiful corner of Tassie has to offer. Guest access The guests enjoy the entire home during their stay with direct access to the river. The home is self check in and full check in details will be forwarded the day prior to your stay. We ask you please cover the spa when not in use to help maintain the temperature. On departure please ensure spa is returned to a temperature of 37.5c and covered. Please be mindful the next guest wants to enjoy the spa and follow house rules please. All lights and heating panel in main room turned off please when checking out. Thank you Other things to note Please remember to follow the rules when using the spa. If the spa is unable to be used by the next guest due to condition of the water a fee will be charged to the guest of $100. Simply shower before using the spa if needed. Please no food in the spa. Cover the spa when not in use to maintain the temperature. I know it sounds a bit much but if you would like to find clean water in the spa so would the next guest. Thank you.
