Located in a quiet neighborhood, this room in a spacious home is close to many amenities, including Ball State University, several medical facilities, restaurants, and other activities. The private room has a queen bed, couch, tv with Amazon fire stick, dedicated bathroom, and available off-street parking. I do have an older Goldendoodle in the house, but he is very friendly.
